Consultations

Patients may cancel a consultation for a full refund up until the day of the scheduled consultation.
Cancellations may be made through the consultation portal or by calling the clinic directly.
If a patient does not attend their scheduled consultation (“no-show”), the consultation fee is non-refundable.
Patients may reschedule a consultation one time without incurring a fee.

Surgeries

Patients may cancel or reschedule their scheduled surgery without penalty up to 90 calendar days prior to the scheduled surgery date.
If the cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 90 days of the scheduled surgery date:
- For the first reschedule, the patient must submit a $1,000 USD deposit to secure the new surgery date.
- For the second reschedule, the patient must submit a $5,000 USD deposit to secure the new surgery date.
- While there may be availability to move a surgery date up, by default, rescheduled surgeries will be placed at the end of the scheduling line.
If a patient’s insurance outcome does not result in coverage and the patient is unable to self-pay, the deposit requirement will be waived.
To reschedule surgery, patients must contact the office via email or phone.
