Patient Instructions

24-48 hours prior to a planned surgery, UCSF will call the patient to discuss day-of logistics and to officially register with the hospital. If you as the patient would like to proactively pre-register ahead of time, you may call (415)-353-6872 or (415) 353-6200 to do so.

UCSF Hyde Hospital, (fka Saint Francis Memorial Hospital) is an accredited, not-for-profit community hospital that has been operating in San Francisco since the early twentieth century.
